Disc springs

Tallriksjfäder

EWES manufactures plate springs with high demands on edurance and precision in several different variants and sizes.

A plate spring is generally made in spring steel with a hole diameter in the center and conical shape (Belleville spring discs are also a common term). They can be stacked on top of each other to adjust the resilient effect for a specific purpose (read more about stacking methods below). Most of the time, they are used for axial loading in different types of pressing tools or couplings. They replace the compression spring where the suspension distance is too short abd build in limited.
